BODYSLAM BEACH PARTY!
     August 1, 2008- BODYSLAM Wrestling's BEACH PARTY! Will be held on August 16, 2008 at the Piooner Club (209 Jefferson Ave.) in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ! The main event of the evening will see new U.S. Champion Kekoa 'The Flyin Hawaiian' defending his title for the first time against challenger CHAOS! Kekoa currently has a two win lead on CHAOS, defeating him at BWO in May, and also in the openning round of the LWO Liberty Cup on July 26, which Kekoa would go on to win. In an unusual set of circumstances, Kekoa agreed to this match after beating CHAOS (even though the agreement was CHAOS would only get the match if he beat Kekoa) at the Liberty Cup. To add to that, later in the evening, after Kekoa suffered a knee injury during the Liberty Cup, CHAOS came to Kekoa's aid and later came to celebrate Kekoa's victory with him after Kekoa had won the Liberty Cup. Both of these men have agreed that this match is just about one thing, the U.S. Championship.

Also that evening, the return of Richie Rotten to the ring, taking on 'PRetty Boy' Eric Hiller. Last month, Pretty Boy insisted on making comments and attempting a discussion with Rotten in the ring. Rotten asked Pretty Boy, more than once, to take the conversation to a more appropriate location, such as the BWO Offices backstage. Pretty Boy however, refused and Rotten beat him mercilessly. Pretty Boy was saved from the beating, after being bloodied badly by Rotten, when Team BWO members CHAOS, Eric Cooper and Glenn Ulrich came to ring-side and held back their partner Richie Rotten. Details surrounding Richie Rotten's absence from the ring are sketchy at this time, but it is questionable whether Rotten's acceptance of this match is done against medical advice.

La Famiglia's Open Challenge!
     July 9, 2008- BODYSLAM Wrestling World Tag Team Champions, Joey Da'Bull & Bobby Bahfanabalaminga of La Famiglia have issued an open challenge for July 19th at the Pioneer Club (209 Jefferson Ave) in Hasbrouck Heights NJ. In a statement earlier today, La Famiglia frontman Tommy Face had this to say regarding the challenege:

"Joey Da'Bull & Bobby Bahfahnabalaminga have beaten everyone already. There isn't a team that can stand up to these monsters. Pretty Fly, Rotten & CHAOS, Adams and Danger, CHAOS & Cooper, you name the team, we've beaten them. On July 19th, La Famiglia will put their World Tag Team Titles on the line against any team who wants to accept the challenge. The only condition is, it has to be a team that has never faced Joey & Bobby for the World Tag Team Titles".

Update:
Within twenty mintues of La Famiglia publicly declaring an Open Tag Team Championship Challenge on July 19th, BODYSLAMwrestling.com recieved the following statement Eric Cooper:

"You know, it figures that La Famiglia would have fine print so to speak in their challenge. They don't want to face a team that has already faced them because they know that "The Modern Day Enforcer" Eric Cooper & CHAOS had them beat on June 14, 2008 in Edgewater. Tommy Face drawing a DQ for La Famiglia is the only reason those fat disgraces still carry those belts. CHAOS & Eric Cooper are the rightful World Tag Team Champions, and sooner or later La Famiglia, you won't have a choice but to give us a fair shot at the titles -and then, I promise you Eric Cooper & CHAOS will walk away wearing those belts. They'll fit around our waists!"

Also, Steve Off challenges Team BWO Leader, Glenn Ulrich on July 19th. Upset over the results of his World Championship Match with Tommy Face on June 21, 2008, Steve Off has challenged the leader of Team BWO, Glenn Ulrich on July 19th. Steve Off sent this comment to BODYSLAMwrestling.com:

"I never asked for Team BWO's help. I don't need their help. I am Steve Off. I don't need anyone's help. I'm "The Chosen One". Richie Rotten, Eric Cooper, CHAOS & Glenn Ulrich had no right coming out during my match and attacking La Famiglia. I can take care of myself. I'm challenging the Leader of Team BWO, Glenn Ulrich to a match on July 19, 2008 so that I can show him, the rest of Team BWO, and every single fan at the event that Steve Off doesn't need Team BWO's help."

These two announcements come in addition to the already announced Main Event of the evening, La Famiglia's Dr. Callahan defending his U.S. Championhsip against Kekoa 'The Flyin Hawaiian". BODYSLAMwrestling.com was unable to reach kekoa for a comment regarding the match. We were told by a source close to Kekoa, that Kekoa has been training almost non-stop for his upcoming Championship Match.

BODYSLAMwrestling.com was able to catch up with Dr. Callahan who simply told us "The kid doesn't stand a chance. On July 19th, he's going to get hurt. No one can take this Championship away from your truly, "The Good Dr." especially not a flying pineapple.
